  • Small differences in color, grain, or texture are normal

  • Product photos are for reference and may look slightly different in real life

  • These natural variations are not defects.

  • All prices are shown in INR.

  • Final prices (including taxes and delivery charges) are shown at checkout.

  • Payments are handled securely by trusted payment partners.

  • If a payment fails, the order won’t be confirmed.

  • If we notice a pricing or technical error, we may cancel the order and refund the amount

Orders & Cancellations

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns or replacements are available only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.

  • Issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery with photos or videos.

  • Custom-made products may not be eligible for return unless damaged.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Natural wood variations are not eligible for return.

Responsibility & Limits

We do our best to provide accurate information and quality products.
However, Rustle isn’t responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping partners or events beyond our control

  • Minor product differences due to natural materials
