SHIPPING POLICY

We provide pan-India shipping, with most orders processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, though we offer free delivery on orders above ₹2500. Once your package is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real-time; please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external logistical factors.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy once a product has been sold and delivered. However, your satisfaction is our priority; if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or fault, we will gladly provide a free replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us at hello@rustle.in within 48 hours of delivery with proof of the defect and the original invoice.
